Please stay home if you feel unwell.
Under level 2 gathering capacity guidelines we will reduce our class sizes to 9.
Masks must be worn on entering and leaving but you can take off your mask when you get to your mat to practice yoga.
Try to keep a 2m physical distance as much as practicable.

Come along in good time to realise your booking – 5 minutes before the class any unclaimed bookings will go waiting yogins.
Your yoga equipment
We are unable to share yoga mats or props (such as blocks or belts).
Please bring your own yoga mat and blanket. Ask if you need a long-term loan of a second hand mat.
Please bring a clean towel if possible – they can be used as a yoga belt and even to cover a block or bolster if necessary.

Even if we know you well, we may need to ask for your phone number if we don’t have it on file. New students will all fill out our standard registration form.
If you feel even a little unwell, please stay at home – do one of our online classes if you’re really keen.
Please follow government guidelines around physical distance – a “Namaste” is the perfect greeting.
Please wash hands before and after your class.
All high-touch areas are regularly sanitised.
