Beginners

New to yoga? Done a little a while ago and want to get back into it slowly? Beginners are always welcome at Dunedin Yoga.

We cover the essentials of a safe and effective yoga practice and introduce you to the key elements – yoga postures, breathing, meditation and deep relaxation.

Equipment:
Comfortable clothing for movement. Either bring your own yoga mat or use one of ours and spray and wipe with our mat cleaner after use. All other yoga props are supplied as needed.

Private Classes:
If you have special objectives or just want a one-on-one start, contact us to book a private class. $75 for one session or $180 for a pack of 3 sessions.
