COVID 19 – Health & Safety in our studio classes

We are now open under provisions of the “Traffic Light” framework – currently at Red.

All yogis must show their vaccine pass to enter our classes.

Be safe and calm in your yoga

Please stay home if you feel unwell.

Masks can be worn on entering and leaving, but take off your mask when you get to your mat to practice yoga.
Try to keep a 1m physical distance as much as practicable.
Please book for one of our studio classes please follow the link on the interactive timetable – if you have problems text Rhys on 021879007 well ahead of the class.
Come along in good time to realise your booking – 5 minutes before the class any unclaimed bookings will go waiting yogis.

Your yoga equipment

We can share yoga mats or props (such as blocks or belts) under this framework.

Bring your own yoga mat if you have one, otherwise borrow a studio mat and give it a spray and wipe at the end of class.

Contact trace-ability

Please scan the QR code in the foyer.

Even if we know you well, we may need to ask for your phone number if we don’t have it on file. New students will all fill out our standard registration form.

Sanitation

If you feel even a little unwell, please stay at home – do one of our online classes if you’re really keen.
Please follow government guidelines around physical distance – a “Namaste” is the perfect greeting.

Please wash hands before and after your class.
All high-touch areas are regularly sanitised.
