  8. Hi!

I have been out of yoga for almost a year now and was looking to get back into it. I have just moved to Dunedin and will be here for a couple months.

I was previously doing Kundalini yoga however I don’t believe you guys do this type specifically..

Are any of your other classes similar to Kundalini!?

    • Kia ora Ruari, Rhys here. Welcome back to Dunedin! We don’t teach Kundalini yoga and I don’t know anyone who does in Dunedin. Probably best if you get our super cheap 3-week trial deal ($39 for unlimited classes) and try out all our classes to get a feel for what we teach. You can just turn up at our studio, pay by cash or eftpos and go from there. Namaste, Rhys Latton
