Hi!
I have been out of yoga for almost a year now and was looking to get back into it. I have just moved to Dunedin and will be here for a couple months.
I was previously doing Kundalini yoga however I don’t believe you guys do this type specifically..
Are any of your other classes similar to Kundalini!?
Thankyou!
Ruari
Kia ora Ruari, Rhys here. Welcome back to Dunedin! We don’t teach Kundalini yoga and I don’t know anyone who does in Dunedin. Probably best if you get our super cheap 3-week trial deal ($39 for unlimited classes) and try out all our classes to get a feel for what we teach. You can just turn up at our studio, pay by cash or eftpos and go from there. Namaste, Rhys Latton

Kia Ora, I’m looking at starting up yoga as I have been told that it will help me during my pregnancy! I was wondering if you guys accommodate pregnancy people within your yoga classes? And what are the price range for new comers that you would recommend?
Kia ora Ana, Rhys Latton here – thanks for your message.
Yoga will be great for your pregnancy. The best option for you straight off the bat is our Sunday pregnancy yoga class with practising midwife and specialist prenatal yoga teacher Niki East. Her next class is tomorrow 3-4:30pm and she is kind, warm, knowledgable and excellent! Just $18 for a casual or $90 for a block of 6 sessions. Turn up 10-15 minutes early to meet Niki, pay and get settled.
Namaste, Rhys
