Our experienced and compassionate teachers are here to guide you, whether you are an old hand or a complete novice. Co-owners Jessica and Rhys Latton and teacher Goknil Biner are all trained by master teacher Nicky Knoff (https://www.knoffyoga.com) in the rigour of Iyengar and Astanga Vinyasa, and both Jessica and Goknil are trained in the Classical Hatha Yoga of Krishnmacharya with Wellington teacher Ruth Diggins. (https://www.yogawithruth.co.nz). Our expert Pregnancy Yoga teacher Nicola East is a working midwife who has taught pregnant women yoga for many years in both Aotearoa and the UK.
