  1. Dear Jess,
From what you’ve told me, I would advise our “Bliss”/Hatha yoga class for a few sessions to start with. Some people just love this class and stay with it, some start to add stronger body work from our “Yoga Foundations” or lunchtime vinyasa classes. Come along on Tuesday morning or Thursday evening and my wife Jessica will take care of you.
    Namaste, Rhys

  2. Hi there, I am a student and was wondering if it is all good to just start coming to a class (vinyasa flow on Thursday evening) i just wanted to make sure it’s okay just to turn up or do I need to come in before hand to register or anything?

  3. Hello, I would like to buy the 10 session 120mins concession card for someone in Dunedin but I live in Christchurch. May I call you with my credit card details and have you send/courier the card to me? Of course I will also pay for the postage. When is the most convenient time to call for something like this?
    Thank you,

  4. Hi, I am visiting family for a few weeks & would like to do some yoga here. Have been going to Iyengar classes for past few years. What do u recommend? Thanks Bron

    • Kia ora Bron, Rhys here – I recommend popping into our Yoga Foundations class tonight or Wednesday. It comes from our teacher Niky Knoff, who was a senior Iyengar teacher and it’s most similar to the Iyengar approach, whilst still having a flow aspect. This week we are emphasising arm balances and abdominal focus. Namaste, Rhys
