Hi, I’d like to start yoga at beginner level, wondering if the Wednesday evening class would be appropriate? If yes do I need to make a booking?
Thank you
Monika
Dear Monika, We do sometimes have beginners in our Yoga Foundations class – but every beginner is different. If you’re happy to build strength, flexibility and balance with a calming focus on breeathing, this can be a good class to come to. Feel okay to be *imperfect* – you’re welcome to take it easy and get a feel for things. If you’re keen you can sign up for the newcomers 3 weeks for $39 and try as many classes as you can. No need to book, just turn up 10 minutes early. Namaste, Rhys Latton
