Hi there, I am a student and was wondering if it is all good to just start coming to a class (vinyasa flow on Thursday evening) i just wanted to make sure it’s okay just to turn up or do I need to come in before hand to register or anything?
Thanks
Meghan
Dear Meghan, if you are physically well please turn up 10 minutes early to fill in our form and talk to the teacher. Namaste, Rhys
Hello –
I’m curious about the pregnancy course: is it running, is it a commitment of a certain number of weeks, how much is it and what style/level of yoga is it? Cheers!
Kia ora Brooke, Thanks for your queries. We’re running it as continuing classes which can be attended drop-in style for $18 or as a group of 6 for $90. The style is directed to pregnant women at a gentle and inward focussing level. The teacher Niki is a trained, practising midwife and specialist prenatal yoga teacher. Namaste, Rhys Latton
Hello, I would like to buy the 10 session 120mins concession card for someone in Dunedin but I live in Christchurch. May I call you with my credit card details and have you send/courier the card to me? Of course I will also pay for the postage. When is the most convenient time to call for something like this?
Thank you,
Magda
Dear Magda, Yes we can do this – I’ve replied to you via email on this matter. I look forward to hearing back. Namaste, Rhys
Kia ora Simone, Rhys Latton here. Yes that’s absolutely fine. Arrive 10 minutes early and pay by cash or eftpos. Namaste
Hi there,
I am interested in the newcomer’s deal. I have never attended a proper yoga class before but I have followed along some yoga you tube videos in the past.
Thanks, Andrea
Kia ora Andrea, You’d be absolutely welcome. Just find a classes from our timetable that suits you. On the first class come 10-15 minutes early to pay by cash or eftpos and meet the teacher. Namaste, Rhys Latton
Hi, Rhys is there enough time to meditate before the class?
Kia ora Malcolm, most classes the room is open 15 minutes before class starts. This is much shorter on our evening class times when there is a quick turnaround after the previous class. Namaste, Rhys
Hi, with casual is that so anyone can just walk in at anytime?
Kia ora Hine, Yes, just turn up 10 minutes early and pay by cash or eftpos. There are two rates depending on the length of class. Namaste, Rhys
Hi Rhys, I am a student and was wonder ing if you have the beginners acroyoga classes. It would be great if you also let me know the price! Thanks! Sandy.
Kia ora Sandy! No, although we used to do a lot of this sort of thing when we made circus theatre performances. We don’t teach acroyoga. I can point you in the direction of the Dunedin group who does. Namaste, Rhys
