Our current 10 weeks of yoga: 12 February – 21 April

You’re always welcome to come to our classes casually, but if you want to establish a regular yoga practice join the structure of our 10-week blocks, giving you the opportunity to schedule your yoga calendar, commit to regular sessions, and pay an affordable concession rate.

Join us at Knox Church Halls (+ Macandrew Bay) for a selection of precious yoga classes. Casual drop-ins are always welcome for just $20 a class ( /$15 for students) .

Commit to our clean slate concession deal: use all class credits within the 10-week block. $80 for 5 classes / $160 for 10 classes / $300 for 20 classes, or just drop-in for the flat fee of $20 (/$15)

Class Styles

Strong Foundations ~ focused and transformative

Build the correct foundations for your yoga practice. With clear, structured sequences, safe alignment and deep muscular heat, you will develop strength, balance and flexibility. With a longer duration of 90 minutes, Foundations teaches the body/mind a new way of being — tall, light, strong and energised. An ideal core class for all levels.

Flow Yoga ~ dynamic and energising

Flow Yoga connects movement to focused breath. These flowing classes emphasise the pranic body-mind-breath connection. Challenge your balance, strength and length in this graceful and fluid practice.

Macandrew Bay yoga class

Tuesday evenings at Macandrew Bay School Library, this open level community class is an offering for our local Peninsula community and is suitable for all levels. Newcomers always welcome. Mats available.
