Nik East is a trained midwife and yoga teacher, having spent 10 years intensively teaching pregnancy and postnatal yoga in London, Brighton and Hove, U.K.

  1. Dear Ana, we have two major ones: James Bryan of Knoff Yoga will be here in November taking a strong workshop in correct physical yoga postures and Menaka Desikachar of the Krishnamacharya lineage will be here in October teaching vedic chanting. Namaste, Rhys
